Compatible with door thicknesses ranging from 1-1/2 to 2 in, this pneumatic screen door closer is both easily installable and conveniently customizable to your preferences. The speed adjustment screw offer capabilities for adjustable, automatic door closer strength. The heavy door closer with torsion bar can either be used to replace previous torsioned closers on your storm door or screen door or implemented as a new first time installation. If it is being used as a replacement, ensure that you install it at the same location as the existing or previous unit. If it is a first time installation, you can place the storm door closer at the top, middle or bottom of your storm door. The ideal security heavy door closer for storm doors comes packaged with all the necessary installation parts, such as screws, pins, a jamb bracket and a washer.
